Honey is an all natural and healthy sweetener. According to the American Chemical Society and the National Honey Board, honey can be good for you and is full of healthy antioxidants. Also, honey is used for external uses in cosmetics too (make-up, zit treatments, masks, etc.).

  1. what do you think of New Zealand’s Manuka honey? I heard its quite good but I haven’t really tried it yet.
