A Handy & Easy Skin Treatment

Your hands are probably one of the most seen parts of your body. They are also one of the most used parts of your body. They get abused daily. Here are some tips to help prevent against abused hands.

  • Warm one cup of milk in the microwave for thirty seconds (or until warm. Be carfeul it could be too hot). The milk helps to strenghten nails, gently exfoliates the dead skin and make you hands soft and smoothe.
  • Try rubbing off dead skin cells with a mixture of sea salt and lemon juice with an old toothbrush.  This will help to soften your hands and help reduce discoleration. If done, do it twice a week.
  • Washing the dishes can abuse your hands.  Try putting a little bit of olive oil or almond oil in your dish soap.
  • Wash hands with warm water and swiftly rub you hands with a wash cloth.  Rub a mixture made of equal parts honey and olive oil. Then place hands in sepperatee plastic bags and then into cotten gloves. The heat will help the mixture soak into your skin.

These treatments can also be used on your feet 😉
